For the past 55 years the telephone has been the lifeblood of my Business Activity. As a 10 year the "dial 4 numbers" phone helped me grow my "newpaper emipre" and "Lawn care service". It allowed me to solicit New customers, communicate with my "crew of contract mowers" and more importantly, STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE MOST VALUABLE ASSET, Exisiting Customers.
Realtionship Marketing in definitely not New, but everyone here now posseses TOOLS and Systems that allow things to happen in Scale and Speed never before imagined.
